I used food to cope with the effects of sexual trauma & my abortions. The numbers on the scale gradually increased until I was 50 pounds overweight even while working as a fitness professional.
On my healing journey, my unhealthy cravings began to decrease. I started running to help me process my emotions. I continued strength training & teaching group fitness classes. With consistency, my body began to transform. The same can happen for you.
I exclusively serve women like me by combining 30 years of fitness experience with things I learned during my healing journey. The 40-day fitness accountability will help you jump start or level-up your workouts. Let’s do this together!
Program Includes:
- Phase 1 (20 days): Build & implement healthy eating & fitness routine.
- Phase 2 (20 days): Review & level up as needed.
