“God has made Everything Beautiful in its Time” Ecclesiastes 3:11

During my early years as a fitness professional, I appeared healthy on the outside but struggled on the inside. The effects of sexual trauma and my two abortions led me to Christian counseling & a post-abortion bible study. Both experiences were not easy but worth every difficult conversation, memory revisited, and tears cried. I’m beyond grateful for my freedom in Christ & want other women to experience it, too.

God gave me the vision for Free & Fit in November 2013. As God heals, the vision evolves. I hosted my first 2-day retreat in 2011 for women in my hometown, Savannah, GA. Now a 4-day retreat, God’s team & I have the pleasure of serving ladies from across the United States. 

After two failed marriages, Mykul & I met on a Christian dating site December 20, 2022. He proposed on Valentine’s Day 2023, just five days after meeting for the first time. We got married on June 3, 2023, in a small beach wedding amongst family and close friends. This beach bunny relocated from Jacksonville, FL to Denver, CO where we currently live.

Mykul & I have an amazing church family and enjoy serving the body of Christ. We live an active lifestyle, enjoy great conversation & laugh a lot. He is truly my best friend & the one whom my soul loves. God is a Redeemer & Restorer!
