Professional Journey
For three decades, I’ve served as a fitness professional, but my journey to true wellness encompassed far more than physical health. During the first half of my career, I privately struggled with the lingering effects of sexual trauma and abortion. In 2000, I found healing through Christian counseling and a post-abortion Bible study—an experience that transformed not only my mental and emotional well-being but my entire approach to health.

Ministry Development
In 2011, God placed a vision on my heart for Free & Fit. I had discovered freedom in Christ and witnessed firsthand how spiritual wellness profoundly impacts our overall health. For over a decade, I’ve worked to thoughtfully integrate faith and fitness, helping women experience holistic healing. This calling led to our first Becoming Free Retreat in April 2021. Since then, my team and I have had the joy of serving women from across the United States. As we celebrate our fifth year in 2026, we’re more excited than ever about what God has in store. Looking ahead, we’re working toward hosting retreats twice annually and, ultimately, building a dedicated facility with offices and an on-site retreat center.

Personal Life
I met my husband Mykul through a Christian dating site in December 2022, and we married on June 3, 2023, in an intimate beach ceremony surrounded by family and close friends. Our love story is a beautiful testament that God truly makes everything beautiful in His time. Our honeymoon doubled as a cross-country adventure to Denver, Colorado, where we lived for two years. During that time, I served as an advocate at Hope of Denver Biblical Counseling Center and began pursuing Biblical Coach certification through Lowcountry Biblical Counseling Center. Today, Mykul and I call West Melbourne, FL home. We’re blessed with a wonderful church family and cherish the opportunity to serve the body of Christ together.
